What we collect and why we use it.
When you use the participation form, we collect your name, email address, organisation, participation type and message. We also receive the limited technical information required to keep the form secure, including the outcome of the human verification check.
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, understand the proposed relationship and decide whether it should be discussed by NumiNova Longevity or another relevant NumiNova Group company. We do not ask for patient information, medical records or confidential transaction documents through the form.
We rely on our legitimate interests in answering enquiries and developing business, investment, partnership, expert and community relationships. If a different legal basis is required for a later use, we will explain that before using the information for that purpose.
Access and service providers
Who may receive your information.
Your information may be read by NumiNova team members and professional advisers who need it to assess or respond to the enquiry. Where appropriate, we may pass the enquiry to the NumiNova Group company best placed to respond.
We use specialist providers for website hosting, email delivery and abuse prevention. They process information for us under their own security and data protection obligations. Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we use the safeguards required by applicable data protection law.

How long we keep an enquiry.
We keep an enquiry only for as long as needed to respond and manage any relationship that follows. If no relationship develops, we normally delete the enquiry within 24 months. We may retain a limited record for longer where this is required for legal, regulatory or security reasons.
